1. Start with eligibility, not the badge
Google says Local Services screening varies by service category, country and whether a provider advertises directly or through an affiliate. Depending on the account, checks may include business, owner or service-professional background checks, license checks, insurance checks and other verification. Google also requires compliance with applicable advertising policies and Local Services requirements. A Poinciana location does not by itself establish that a law firm qualifies, and a page cannot certify that a campaign will be approved.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review the actual category, account, business information, licensing documentation, insurance information and service location before treating Local Services Ads as launch-ready. Have the responsible attorney review advertising decisions and applicable Florida Bar guidance. Treat approval as a Google-controlled decision, not a marketing promise.
