1. Start with the profile you actually control
The first decision is operational: identify the law firm’s actual Google Business Profile, its authorized users, its current public information and the people responsible for responses. A Pinecrest service page should not imply that a firm has a Pinecrest office unless the firm confirms that fact. Pinecrest is recorded as a municipality in Miami-Dade County, but that does not establish the firm’s address, service area or eligibility for a particular local profile. Bosseo’s published product information places Google Business Profile at the center of the Reputation & Reviews service. It describes review requests, responses and profile activity as parts of one reputation process. The relevant review is whether the profile belongs to the firm, accurately represents its office or service area and can be maintained without exposing confidential information.
Recommended approach
Before engagement, ask Bosseo to review the firm’s existing profile, ownership access, name, address, phone number, practice description and service-area presentation. Decide which profile is in scope and who may approve sensitive activity. Do not create or manage a second profile merely to target Pinecrest.
