1. Start with the geographic decision, not a page-count target
The U.S. Census Bureau records Pinecrest village as a municipality in Miami-Dade County. Its 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 18,462, with a margin of error of 67. That is a measured population fact; it does not establish legal demand, search volume, competition, leads, or revenue. For a Pinecrest firm, the important planning question is how the firm actually serves people: only Pinecrest, selected Miami-Dade municipalities, the county, or a wider Florida footprint. A page that labels Miami as Pinecrest, or treats Miami-Dade as one city, can create geographic confusion.
Recommended approach
Use Pinecrest as one explicitly identified municipality and Miami-Dade County as the recorded county relationship. Before selecting coverage, list the locations the firm can accurately serve and the services it is prepared to discuss in each location. A narrower footprint is preferable to unsupported geographic expansion.
