1. Put Pembroke Pines in the right geographic cohort
the Census record identifies Pembroke Pines city and its relationship to Broward County. The ROI Dashboard Bosseo’s published product information specifically calls for separating Miami, Miami-Dade and neighboring city cohorts. Those are not interchangeable geographies. A Pembroke Pines inquiry should not automatically be treated as a Miami or Miami-Dade inquiry, and a Broward County roll-up should not erase the city where the contact originated. The dashboard can be useful only if the firm agrees on geographic labels and preserves the distinction between city, county, metropolitan area and broader Florida coverage.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how city and county fields will be represented, what happens when a contact supplies no location, and whether the firm wants Pembroke Pines reported separately from neighboring cities. Treat an unassigned geography as unavailable rather than estimating it.
