1. What Legal News is intended to do
Bosseo describes Legal News as a service that monitors legal-news sources, matches stories to a firm’s practice areas and state, prepares pages for the firm’s own website and waits for approval before publication. Bosseo’s published product information says its monitoring desk scans more than 2,800 sources and re-scans every 15 minutes. Those product descriptions explain the intended operating model; they do not establish that a particular Panama City story will be found, rank, generate inquiries or produce a client.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how your firm would define relevant coverage. A useful scope should identify the Florida jurisdictions, agencies, courts, legal subjects and practice areas that matter to you, while excluding subjects on which you do not want the firm to comment.
