1. Start with the geography you actually want to understand
A location report can become misleading when it combines every Miami-area interaction into one total. The Census record identifies Palmetto Estates CDP and its relationship to Miami-Dade County. It does not establish how many prospective clients search from the CDP, how many matters originate there, or whether a neighboring city is commercially interchangeable with Palmetto Estates. The dashboard’s geographic angle is therefore important: review Miami, Miami-Dade and neighboring-city cohorts separately rather than treating them as one market.
Recommended approach
Before evaluating performance, agree which geographic labels matter to the firm and how an interaction will be assigned. Keep Palmetto Estates distinct from Miami, Miami-Dade County and other places. If a location is missing or ambiguous, show it as unavailable for review instead of assigning it by assumption.
