1. A Pace service area needs explicit geographic labels
Pace is recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau as a census-designated place in Santa Rosa County, Florida. The 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 26,282, with a margin of error of 1,387. That is geographic and population context; it does not establish search demand, legal need, competition, calls, leads or revenue. A dashboard review should therefore keep Pace, Santa Rosa County and any other service-area cohort distinct instead of treating every Florida contact as equivalent. If your firm also evaluates Miami, Miami-Dade or neighboring-city activity, those cohorts should be separated from Pace rather than blended into one total.
Recommended approach
Agree on the geographic labels you want to see before using totals for budget or practice-area decisions. Ask whether each contact can be associated with the location, page, channel and case type actually recorded. If a geographic field is absent, show it as unavailable.
