1. Start with the correct Pace geography
the Census record identifies Pace as a CDP in Santa Rosa County. That is narrower and more precise than treating Pace as a county, a metropolitan area or the whole Florida market. A location strategy should therefore distinguish Pace from Santa Rosa County and from any additional communities the firm intentionally serves. The population estimate can provide context for the place, but it cannot justify a statewide build or predict organic performance.
Recommended approach
Decide whether the firm wants a Pace page, a Santa Rosa County footprint, additional counties, or a broader Florida service area. Put each geography in writing before selecting services. Do not describe households, individuals, nearby cities or metropolitan areas as interchangeable with Pace.
