1. Start with Osprey-aware routing, not a generic inbox
A location name alone is not a complete intake decision. Osprey is recorded within Sarasota County, but a prospective client’s relevant jurisdiction, matter location and legal issue may differ from the place where the person first contacts you. Bosseo’s Automation reference supports routing by real jurisdiction, practice, language preference and availability. It also describes preserving the owner and source, deduplicating repeat inquiries and logging failed handoffs. Those controls are more useful than simply labeling every contact “Osprey.”
Recommended approach
Define the jurisdiction questions and routing rules your responsible attorney approves. Decide which Sarasota County matters belong with which practice or team, what happens when jurisdiction is unclear, and who receives an inquiry outside the firm’s scope. Treat any language-preference field as an intake preference, not evidence of a population-wide language pattern.
