1. Start with the Oak Ridge service boundary
Oak Ridge is a census-designated place in Orange County, Florida. A location label alone does not tell you whether your firm serves only Oak Ridge, the wider county, or additional Florida communities. Those boundaries matter when a caller describes an incident, court matter, residence or opposing party. A phone system that captures a location without preserving the firm’s review process can create ambiguity rather than useful intake.
Recommended approach
Decide which geographic questions belong in the initial conversation. At minimum, review whether your staff needs the caller’s location, the location of the incident or proceeding, and the relevant county. Ask Bosseo to show how those fields would appear in the transcript and summary, then have the responsible attorney confirm what your firm needs for conflict and jurisdiction screening. Do not treat Oak Ridge’s population estimate as a forecast of calls or cases.
