1. Start with the McGregor geography, not a page-count promise
the Census record identifies McGregor as a CDP in Lee County, Florida. It reports an estimated population of 8,490, with a margin of error of 719, for the 2020–2024 ACS five-year period. McGregor is not the same geographic unit as Lee County, the broader metropolitan area or Florida. A page targeting “McGregor” should therefore not silently present countywide or statewide facts as though they describe the community itself. Nor should the population estimate be treated as evidence of lawyer searches, case volume or conversion potential.
Recommended approach
Use the McGregor fact as a boundary check. Ask Bosseo to separate McGregor pages from pages for other cities or communities the firm actually serves, then decide whether the appropriate footprint is McGregor, selected Lee County locations or a broader Florida set. A narrower footprint may be easier to review for accuracy and local usefulness; a broader footprint should be justified by the firm’s genuine service area, not by the existence of a population figure.
