1. Separate visitor location from the market you targeted
A person’s apparent location and the geographic market selected for a campaign are different data points. A visit associated with Lochmoor Waterway Estates does not, by itself, prove that the person was seeking a lawyer there, that the firm targeted the CDP, or that the visit became a qualified inquiry. Lead Attribution is intended to preserve the distinction between visitor location and market targeted while retaining the landing page, campaign and referrer context. That distinction matters when a firm serves Lee County more broadly but wants to evaluate Lochmoor Waterway Estates separately.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing performance, define the geographic questions you actually want answered: whether the campaign targeted Lochmoor Waterway Estates, whether the landing page mentioned that market, and whether the resulting inquiry met your firm’s qualification rules. Treat those as separate fields or review questions rather than collapsing them into one label.
