1. Start with geographic separation, not a blended local total
The Census record identifies Lantana as a municipality in Palm Beach County. It does not establish that prospective clients come from Lantana, elsewhere in Palm Beach County, Miami, Miami-Dade or another neighboring city. A blended total can conceal those differences. The authorized ROI Dashboard angle calls for separating Miami, Miami-Dade and neighboring-city cohorts. For a Lantana-serving firm, that means deciding which geographic labels matter to the firm and reviewing whether records support them. If a location cannot be established reliably, the dashboard should show the limitation rather than assign an unsupported location.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic cohorts would be defined and how Lantana would be distinguished from Palm Beach County and other service areas. Treat the Census population estimate as context only, not as a forecast of inquiries or matters.
