1. Geography should be labeled, not blended
LaBelle city and Hendry County are different geographic scopes. A law firm may also serve people outside the municipality, but the available local data does not establish how far its demand extends. Bosseo’s published product information says the dashboard can show city data and specifically calls for separating Miami, Miami-Dade and neighboring city cohorts. For a LaBelle firm, that principle should be applied carefully: distinguish LaBelle from Hendry County and from any additional Florida locations the firm chooses to track. Do not treat a county total as a city result or treat a city population estimate as a measure of prospective clients.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels will be defined in the review. Decide which location names belong in reporting, which service areas are intentional and which records should remain geographically unavailable rather than being assigned by assumption.
