1. Set the geographic boundary before reading the numbers
The Census record identifies Jupiter as a municipality in Palm Beach County. That distinction matters when a report combines Jupiter, other Palm Beach County locations, Miami, Miami-Dade or neighboring cities. Those places are not interchangeable cohorts, and a household or individual count is not a measure of legal need. Bosseo’s published product information specifically describes separating Miami, Miami-Dade and neighboring city cohorts. For a Jupiter-serving firm, ask how Jupiter and Palm Beach County will be represented and how activity from other locations will be kept distinct. If a location cannot be assigned reliably, it should be shown as unavailable rather than silently attributed to Jupiter.
Recommended approach
Use the review to agree on geographic labels, service areas and an “unavailable” treatment before interpreting totals. Do not use the Jupiter population estimate as a forecast or as evidence that a particular practice area will generate inquiries.
