1. Start with the correct geographic boundary
Jasmine Estates is a CDP, not a city, and the Census record places it in Pasco County. That distinction matters when a firm describes where it serves. A page targeting Jasmine Estates should not casually present the community as though it were the whole county, the Tampa Bay region or Florida. Nor should a firm publish pages for places it does not intend to serve merely because they are nearby. The relevant decision is the firm’s actual service-area footprint: Jasmine Estates alone where appropriate, selected Pasco County locations, additional Florida locations, or a combination that the firm can support.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to map proposed pages to the firm’s real service area. Review every place name, county reference and service statement before publication. Treat the Census record as a boundary and population reference, not proof that a page will rank or generate matters.
