1. Start with the correct geographic unit
the Census record identifies Ives Estates as a census-designated place, or CDP, in Miami-Dade County. It does not establish that Ives Estates is a city, an office location or the whole market a firm serves. A page strategy should therefore preserve the distinction between “Ives Estates,” “Miami-Dade County,” Miami as a separate place reference, and other nearby municipalities. Bosseo’s published product information supports either a statewide footprint or a tighter county-based footprint. It does not support assuming that every nearby location belongs in the same campaign.
Recommended approach
Ask whether the firm actually accepts matters from Ives Estates and which additional Miami-Dade locations it serves. Use the answer to create a realistic service-area footprint. Do not use the population estimate as a proxy for prospective-client volume.
