1. Start with Iona and Lee County service-area rules
A location label alone is not a routing policy. Your firm may serve Iona, Lee County or another defined area, but the approved boundary should be decided by the responsible team rather than inferred from an address or a marketing page. Bosseo Automation is intended to route leads by real jurisdiction. That creates a place to define what happens when an inquiry identifies Iona, another Lee County location, a different Florida county or an unclear address. The system can preserve the inquiry’s source and owner while sending the next task to the appropriate person. The Census record establishes Iona’s relationship to Lee County; it does not establish which matters your firm accepts.
Recommended approach
Document the geographic rules your intake team already uses. Decide which locations receive normal follow-up, which require attorney review and which should be marked for referral or clarification. Review the wording with the responsible attorney before implementation.
