1. Give hesitant visitors a guided first step
A visitor who is unsure whether a firm handles a matter may not know what to write in a generic “tell us about your case” field. Video Intake uses a guided survey presented with video and short, practice-specific steps. The experience is intended to help visitors explain what they need one question at a time rather than requiring them to compose a complete legal narrative immediately. This is a product capability, not evidence that every visitor will finish or that every completed inquiry will be suitable for representation.
Recommended approach
Review the first questions a Gulf Breeze visitor sees for each practice area. Remove requests for information your team does not use at the initial review stage, and make the next action clear. Keep the language understandable to a person who may not know the legal name for their situation.
