1. Start with the right geographic record
the Census record identifies Glenvar Heights as a CDP in Miami-Dade County, Florida. It does not identify Glenvar Heights as the City of Miami, and it does not turn the CDP’s population estimate into a forecast of searches or cases. That distinction matters when a law firm describes where it serves. A page aimed at Glenvar Heights should not casually substitute Miami as the location, imply an office is located there, or treat the county as interchangeable with the CDP.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how Glenvar Heights, Miami-Dade County, nearby independent municipalities and the Miami metropolitan area would be represented in the proposed information architecture. Approve only geographic statements the firm can substantiate. Use the CDP as a defined service-area location, not as evidence that a particular practice area has demand there.
