1. Start with Estero’s actual service area
The U.S. Census Bureau records Estero village as a municipality in Lee County. Its 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 37,858, with a margin of error of 52. That is geographic context, not evidence of legal demand, search volume, competition or likely intake volume. It does, however, make service-area definition important: your intake should identify which matters and locations your firm handles rather than treating every visitor as a qualified prospect.
Recommended approach
Use the review to define how the intake should describe Estero, Lee County and any additional service locations your firm actually serves. Do not imply that every household or individual in the municipality is a prospective client. Ask only location questions that help determine fit, and explain what happens when a visitor is outside the firm’s service area.
