1. Put Estero and Lee County in the right intake fields
The Census record identifies Estero village as a municipality and records its county relationship as Lee County. Those are useful distinctions for intake design: a caller may identify with Estero, another location in Lee County, or a different service area. A location field should not be treated as proof that a firm accepts the matter or that the caller is a qualified prospect. Intake Coach can support coaching around city versus county by making that distinction part of the review standard. Bosseo’s published product information describes call analysis that includes key facts, purpose-of-call summaries, and specific suggestions tied to the call.
Recommended approach
Ask the firm to decide which geographic facts matter to matter acceptance, referral, and follow-up. Then review whether intake staff confirm the relevant city, county, jurisdiction, incident location, and other required location facts without treating a city name alone as a qualification.
