1. Start with the geography your firm can actually serve
The U.S. Census Bureau records Dade City city as a municipality in Pasco County. Its 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 8,152, with a margin of error of 23. That is a measured description of the place, not evidence of search demand, legal need, competition, or likely lead volume. It does, however, reinforce why geographic precision matters. A page targeting Dade City should not casually describe itself as serving every part of Pasco County unless the firm has made that decision. Likewise, a Pasco County page and a Dade City page should not be treated as interchangeable.
Recommended approach
Before discussing scale, list the cities, counties, and service areas your firm accepts matters from. Mark Dade City separately from Pasco County and from any metropolitan-area target. Use the resulting list to decide whether a Dade City page is a standalone priority, part of a county footprint, or one location in a broader plan.
