1. Start with eligibility, not the badge
Google says Local Services screening varies by service category, country and whether a provider advertises directly or through an affiliate. Applicable checks may include business, owner or professional background checks, licenses, insurance and advanced verification. Google also requires advertisers to satisfy current Local Services requirements and prohibits misleading representation. Nothing in the Coral Terrace population record proves that a particular law firm is eligible, verified or entitled to display a Google Screened badge.
Recommended approach
Before treating LSA as an available channel, have the responsible attorney confirm the firm’s actual category, documentation and account position against Google’s current requirements. Bosseo can review the qualification path and identify what must be verified, but it should not be represented as a certification of eligibility or Florida advertising compliance. Review advertising decisions with the responsible attorney and consult Florida Bar advertising guidance and resources where appropriate.
