1. Start with the geography your firm can genuinely serve
the Census record identifies Clermont as a municipality in Lake County, Florida, with a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 46,853 and a margin of error of 38. That describes the city; it does not establish legal demand, search volume or advertising performance. It does, however, make the city-versus-county distinction important. A Clermont office may want calls from within the city, from elsewhere in Lake County, or from both. Those are different service-area choices and should not be treated as interchangeable. Bosseo’s LSA approach includes practice-area and service-area targeting as part of program management. The useful question is where the firm can accept matters and whether its staff can respond consistently across that area.
Recommended approach
Map each accepted practice area against Clermont and Lake County before selecting coverage. Keep the decision tied to actual service capability, not the population figure or an assumption that a larger geography will produce better results.
