1. Make Casselberry and Seminole County part of the intake question
A caller may identify with Casselberry, another part of Seminole County or a location outside the firm’s service area. Those are not interchangeable labels. Intake Coach’s stated angle is to coach on city versus county, so your team can make location a deliberate part of the conversation rather than treating every geographic reference as the same. the Census record identifies Casselberry as a municipality and records its county relationship as Seminole County. It does not show where legal matters originate or whether a caller is eligible for representation.
Recommended approach
Define the geographic questions your firm actually needs answered: the caller’s city, county, court or jurisdiction when relevant, and whether the matter fits your service area. Review whether the conversation records those answers clearly. Do not use Casselberry’s population as a proxy for demand or expected intake volume.
