1. Start with the correct geographic boundary
the Census record identifies Beacon Square as a CDP in Pasco County, Florida. A CDP is not the same thing as a city, a county or a metropolitan area. That distinction matters when you plan URLs, page titles and service-area language. A page about a Beacon Square service should not silently describe all of Pasco County, and a Pasco County page should not be presented as though it were a Beacon Square page. The population estimate is geographic context only. It cannot prove that residents are searching for a particular lawyer or that a larger footprint would produce more cases.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to map the firm’s real service area into separate geographic levels: Beacon Square, Pasco County and any additional Florida counties the firm actually serves. Decide whether a narrow county footprint is more appropriate than statewide coverage. Keep each page’s geographic claim aligned with the place it names.
