1. Separate Bardmoor visitors from the market you intended to reach
A location label can answer different questions. A person may visit from Bardmoor, arrive on a page aimed at another Pinellas County community, or respond to a campaign covering a wider Florida market. Those facts should not be collapsed into one “Bardmoor lead” category. Lead Attribution’s stated angle is to preserve city and product landing pages, campaigns and referrers while separating visitor location from the market targeted. That distinction is especially relevant here because Bardmoor is recorded as a CDP in Pinellas County, not as a synonym for the county or the state.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how the proposed reporting will label visitor location, target market, landing page and source independently. Decide in advance which geographic question matters to your firm: where a visitor was located, which place a page addressed, or which campaign audience you purchased or built. Do not use the ACS population estimate as a forecast of inquiries.
