1. Build a Georgetown-specific path without treating population as demand
Your service area may include Georgetown, other parts of Sussex County or Delaware more broadly. The Census identifies Georgetown as a municipality in Sussex County, but it does not show where prospective clients come from or which matters your firm should accept. Video Intake is therefore best evaluated against your actual service boundaries and practice mix, not against a population-based assumption. Bosseo’s public product description says the survey can be organized around practice areas and case types. That creates a review question: should a visitor identifying Georgetown receive the same path as someone elsewhere in Sussex County, or should location affect eligibility, ownership or follow-up?
Recommended approach
Map the geographic questions your firm already uses. Decide which locations are relevant to accepting a matter, which are simply useful context and which should trigger a human review. Keep the path understandable to a visitor who may describe the town, county or state differently from your internal records.
