1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
A Trumbull location label is not the same thing as a service area. The Census record identifies Trumbull town and its relationship to the Greater Bridgeport Planning Region; it does not establish where prospective clients search, call or retain counsel. A dashboard should therefore make geography explicit rather than treating every Connecticut interaction as a Trumbull result. Ask how service-and-city targets are defined, whether a city field describes the search target or the caller’s location, and how matters involving nearby communities are separated from Trumbull activity.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing performance, write down the geographic categories you want to see: Trumbull, the Greater Bridgeport Planning Region where relevant, other Connecticut locations you serve, and any broader state coverage. Then ask Bosseo to show how those categories would appear in rankings, leads, calls and matters. Do not treat the Trumbull population estimate as a forecast.
