Does Staples’ population determine whether Intake Coach is appropriate?+
No. Staples has a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 7,340, with a margin of error of 695, but population is not evidence of call volume, legal demand, staffing needs or likely revenue. Appropriateness should be assessed from your actual intake process and service area.
What does Bosseo say Intake Coach reviews?+
Bosseo describes every intake call as receiving an AI score, a winability estimate, quoted-retainer information, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts and specific coaching suggestions. Ask how those outputs would be applied within your firm’s approved intake and attorney-review rules.
Can Intake Coach decide whether the firm should accept a matter?+
The public description supports review and coaching of conversations; it does not establish that the product makes legal, conflict or engagement decisions. Your firm should retain responsibility for those decisions and define the escalation path.
Who should receive the coaching?+
Bosseo’s public page says the firm can decide whether coaching goes to the representative, intake manager, owner or more than one of them. The right choice depends on your supervision structure and should be agreed before implementation.
Is AI Answering required?+
Bosseo describes Intake Coach and AI Answering as part of the same AI Phone System and says the system can answer, record, score and coach conversations. Whether your firm needs AI Answering is a separate scope decision. Ask what is included in the configuration being discussed.
Can a Staples law firm measure improvement with the product?+
The public page describes trends in scores by representative, case type and month, along with other call-level outputs. Those measures do not prove better case outcomes. Define your own process measures and compare them with your firm’s records and review standards.
