1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
Sandy Hook is a census-designated place in Connecticut, and its recorded county relationship is the Western Connecticut Planning Region. A dashboard review should not quietly treat Sandy Hook CDP, the planning region, the state, and a metropolitan area as interchangeable. If your firm serves clients beyond Sandy Hook, decide which geographic labels belong in reporting and which belong only in campaign or keyword review. Bosseo’s public product text says the dashboard can show city data and tracked service-and-city targets, but the appropriate geographic scope still needs to be agreed with your firm.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area definition to the consultation. Ask to see how Sandy Hook-related activity would be separated from broader Connecticut activity, and how a lead’s location would be recorded without treating population as proof of demand.
