1. Define the geography before you interpret a result
The Census record identifies Putnam town and records its county relationship as the Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region. Those are not interchangeable with all of Connecticut or with every place a firm serves. A dashboard can become misleading when a partner asks which places produce matters but the underlying labels mix a town, a planning region, a state and an unspecified service area. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says its reporting can include rankings, calls, leads, case types, cities and source attribution. The decision is not whether a number looks precise; it is whether the geography attached to that number matches the firm’s intended market.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how Putnam town, the Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region and Connecticut are represented in the proposed reporting. Decide which geographic labels belong in partner reviews, and record whether a result refers to a search target, a caller’s stated location, a page location or a matter location.
