1. Start with Oxford’s exact geographic scope
Your firm should distinguish Oxford from the broader Naugatuck Valley Planning Region and from any other Connecticut communities it serves. The Census record identifies Oxford as a municipal town and records its relationship to the Naugatuck Valley Planning Region; it does not establish where prospective clients search, whether surrounding communities are eligible for your services, or whether an expanded service area would be commercially useful. Bosseo’s public LSA description says its program includes practice-area categories and service areas set deliberately.
Recommended approach
Review the towns and communities your firm is legally prepared and operationally able to serve. Treat Oxford as a defined starting geography rather than assuming that every person in the planning region is a suitable prospect. Ask which locations should be included, excluded, or reviewed separately, and connect those choices to consultation capacity and case acceptance.
