1. Make North Haven geography a deliberate LSA decision
The Census record identifies North Haven as a CDP and places it in the South Central Connecticut Planning Region. That relationship matters when you review how your firm describes its service area, but it does not tell you which surrounding locations Google may show, how many firms compete there or how many inquiries you should expect. Local Services Ads require a practical choice about where your firm is prepared to serve clients and which locations align with its accepted matters. A broad geographic setting may create inquiries that your team cannot efficiently handle; a narrow setting may exclude locations the firm intentionally serves. Those are operating decisions, not conclusions that can be drawn from population data.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review North Haven as the starting geography, the firm’s actual service area and any proposed surrounding areas. Decide location coverage by attorney capacity, court or client-service considerations and accepted matter types—not by treating the population estimate as a forecast.
