1. Define the Monroe service area before spending
Monroe is a town, not a synonym for the entire Greater Bridgeport Planning Region. That distinction matters when you decide whether a profile should serve Monroe alone, nearby communities, or a broader Connecticut area. Bosseo’s public LSA description says its program includes practice-area categories and service areas. It also says proximity can affect LSA ranking. Those statements support a deliberate geographic review, not an assumption that a larger area is automatically better. The Census population estimate gives Monroe a defined municipal boundary and scale, but it cannot establish how many people search for a lawyer or how many inquiries an advertising program would produce.
Recommended approach
List the case types you want, the locations you actually serve and any locations you do not want. Ask Bosseo to explain how those choices would be represented in the LSA profile, then compare inquiry quality by geography rather than judging the program from Monroe’s population alone.
