Define the service area before you ask for reviews
Hazardville is a CDP, and its recorded county relationship is the Capitol Planning Region. Those are geographic identifiers, not a complete description of the communities your firm serves. A firm may handle matters for people in Hazardville, elsewhere in Connecticut or in a broader service area. Treating the CDP population as the firm’s market would blur that distinction and make review results difficult to interpret. Before implementation, identify which office, service area and Google Business Profile should be associated with each request. Also decide whether a client whose matter began outside Hazardville should receive the same request path. The goal is a review program tied to real client relationships and the firm’s actual geographic scope.
Recommended approach
Map review eligibility to completed client matters and the profile that represents the relevant practice, rather than using Hazardville population as a demand forecast.
