1. Start with the Enfield inquiry path, not a software assumption
Enfield is a municipal town in Connecticut within the Capitol Planning Region. That geographic relationship helps define the service area you may want to examine, but it does not tell you how many people contact your firm or which matters they need. Automation should therefore begin with your own inquiry records and current process. Map every permitted entry point—website form, call, chat or video intake—and identify what happens immediately afterward. Bosseo’s public Automation page describes a flow in which an inquiry is captured, logged and tagged, then sent to the relevant systems. It also describes mapping where leads come from, who handles them, which system receives them and what happens next.
Recommended approach
Bring a current intake map to the consultation. Separate what is measured from what is merely believed: response time, missing fields, duplicate records, unassigned inquiries and follow-up status should be reviewed rather than inferred from Enfield’s population.
