Start with East Lyme’s service boundary, not a guessed demand model
The Census record identifies East Lyme as a municipal town in Connecticut and places it within the Southeastern Connecticut Planning Region. It does not show how many residents search for a lawyer, which matters they have, or whether your firm should expect a particular number of inquiries. That distinction matters when designing a qualification flow: population is context, not a forecast. Your first questions should concern whom you serve, which Connecticut locations you accept, and whether a visitor outside your preferred geography should be referred, reviewed or declined.
Recommended approach
Write the geographic rule into the intake review. Decide whether East Lyme is a primary service area, one part of a wider Connecticut practice, or a location that matters only for selected case types. Ask Bosseo to show how location questions can be used in the proposed flow and how your team will identify submissions needing a geographic eligibility review.
