Set the service area around East Haven and the county relationship
East Haven is a CDP, not a legal conclusion about where your firm can serve clients. The Census record places it in the South Central Connecticut Planning Region. That distinction matters when you review Local Service Ads: your selected service area should reflect the locations your firm actually accepts, not a broad assumption based on a population figure. Bosseo’s public Local Service Ads page describes category and geography targeting, including practice-area categories and service areas. It also says the program can be adjusted as circumstances change.
Recommended approach
Bring your actual intake boundaries to the consultation. Decide whether East Haven is a primary service location, one part of a wider Connecticut footprint, or a location relevant only to selected matters. Ask how each practice area and service zone will be reviewed, and keep the reporting geography clear so East Haven inquiries are not confused with inquiries from elsewhere.
