1. Define what “Cromwell” means for your campaign
A Cromwell campaign should begin with geographic precision. The Census record identifies Cromwell as a town and places it in the Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region. That does not authorize treating the planning region as the campaign’s target, and it does not establish that every household or individual in the town is a prospective client. Bosseo’s public LSA description says its program includes category and geography targeting, including practice-area categories and service areas. The practical decision is therefore whether your firm wants a Cromwell-only focus, a broader approved service area that includes Cromwell, or separate treatment for different locations. Those are campaign choices, not conclusions available by population data.
Recommended approach
Bring a written list of the locations your firm actually serves and the locations it does not want. Ask Bosseo to show how Cromwell would be represented within that approved geography and how out-of-area inquiries would be identified before they consume attention or budget.
