1. Define the geography before reviewing a local result
Sheridan city and Arapahoe County are not interchangeable reporting areas. A dashboard review should identify whether a keyword, call, form or matter is associated with Sheridan city, the county, a broader Colorado service area or another location selected by the firm. The Census record identifies Sheridan as a municipality in Arapahoe County; it does not show where prospective clients search, call from or retain counsel. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard description says its reporting can include keyword rankings, calls, leads, case types and city data. The useful question is not whether a Sheridan label can be added. It is whether the label has a documented definition that matches your firm’s service area.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show the geographic definitions used for each dashboard field and to distinguish Sheridan city from Arapahoe County and any wider metropolitan or statewide scope. Approve a local view only after your firm decides what geographic relationship a result must have to count as relevant.
