What does Lead Attribution show for a lead?+
Bosseo publicly describes a lead journey that can include the channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. The exact information available for your firm should be reviewed during consultation.
Can Lead Attribution include phone calls?+
Bosseo states that phone calls can join the same journey record, with available call information connected to the web session that produced the call. Ask what call data is available in your specific setup.
Does attribution prove that a lead is from Security-Widefield?+
No. Attribution can help you review recorded location information and the source journey. A location field should not be confused with proof of where someone discovered your firm, and the Security-Widefield population estimate does not prove demand or lead volume.
How is this different from asking, “How did you hear about us?”+
A person’s answer can be incomplete or general. Bosseo describes connecting journey information to the lead record so the firm can review the recorded path instead of relying only on memory. Your firm should still decide how to handle missing or conflicting data.
Can I evaluate a Security-Widefield page separately?+
You can ask to review whether available attribution records associate inquiries and outcomes with that landing page. Do not assume that a local page produces cases merely because it is published. Google states that scaled content needs original value, accuracy and relevance, and automation does not guarantee visibility.
Will attribution predict how many cases my firm will receive?+
No prediction should be assumed. Lead Attribution is described as a way to connect journeys and outcomes. It does not establish future demand, search volume, lead volume, revenue or signed-case results for your firm.
