1. Make Orchard Mesa geography explicit in the intake decision
Orchard Mesa is recorded as a census-designated place in Mesa County, Colorado. That relationship matters when you decide what a visitor should see after submitting an inquiry. A page aimed at Orchard Mesa should not silently treat the CDP as the same thing as Mesa County, the Grand Junction metropolitan area, or all of Colorado. Those are different geographic scopes. Video Intake can be organized around practice areas and can route inquiries by case type; the public product description also says location can be part of routing. Before implementation, decide whether your firm serves only Orchard Mesa, a wider Mesa County area, or another defined service territory. Do not use the CDP’s population estimate to claim that a particular number of people need legal help, search for a lawyer or will complete a survey.
Recommended approach
Write the service-area rule in plain language before choosing questions. If location affects eligibility, ask where the matter occurred or where the visitor needs representation, then define the human review required when an answer falls outside your service area.
