1. Define what counts as a qualified inquiry
Lead Attribution can attach intake answers to a lead journey. That matters because a form submission or phone call is not necessarily a matter your firm can accept. Your team should decide which answers identify a potentially relevant practice area, service location, urgency, conflict concern or other qualification point. The Mead context should be handled precisely: a person located in Mead, another part of Weld County, or elsewhere in Colorado may contact a firm that serves Mead. Do not treat the town’s population estimate as a forecast of inquiry volume or staffing needs.
Recommended approach
Bring your current intake questions and matter-acceptance rules to a review. Decide which fields should remain descriptive, which should support qualification, and who owns an inquiry when the answer is incomplete. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page says intake answers are attached to the journey; the consultation should establish how that capability fits your existing intake tools and legal decision-making.
