1. Define the footprint around Gypsum and Eagle County
Bosseo’s public product description says a firm can choose statewide coverage or limit the footprint to counties it selects. For a firm serving Gypsum, that makes geographic scope an early business decision rather than an automatic statewide expansion. The available Census record places Gypsum in Eagle County and identifies the town as a municipality. It does not establish that every city in Eagle County is part of your service area, nor does it show that residents are searching for a particular legal service. A useful plan should therefore separate Gypsum pages from any broader Eagle County coverage and exclude places where the firm does not meaningfully serve clients.
Recommended approach
Bring a service-area map to the consultation. Mark Gypsum, the parts of Eagle County you serve, any Colorado counties you intentionally include, and locations you do not want represented. Ask Bosseo to explain how the proposed footprint would be limited to that map and how you would review location accuracy before publication.
