1. Start with the Frederick service boundary
Your firm may serve Frederick itself, Weld County or a broader Colorado area. Those are different operating boundaries, and Automation should not quietly treat them as one market. The Census record identifies Frederick as a municipality in Weld County; it does not establish where inquiries originate or which matters you accept. A useful review therefore maps the locations your forms, calls and consultation process actually serve. It also separates location from qualification. A Frederick inquiry may still need review for practice area, urgency, conflicts, eligibility and attorney availability.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area rule to the consultation. Decide whether location should affect routing, qualification questions, follow-up wording or only reporting. Do not use the town’s population as a proxy for lead demand or expected case volume.
