1. Start with Erie coverage, not population assumptions
Your firm may describe its service area as Erie, Boulder County, Weld County, or a broader Colorado geography. Those are different scopes. The Census record identifies Erie as a municipality and records its relationship to both Boulder County and Weld County. It does not show which legal matters visitors will submit, whether they prefer video, or whether your current team can respond to a particular volume. Video Intake should therefore be reviewed against your actual intake boundary: which locations can your firm serve, which locations require a different response, and which inquiries should be declined or referred for review.
Recommended approach
Bring your geographic rules to the consultation. Ask how a guided intake can distinguish a matter your firm may evaluate from one outside your service area, and decide whether location should trigger a review, a different owner or an escalation. Do not use Erie’s population as a forecast. Use your own inquiry history and post-launch measurements to assess whether the experience is helping the visitors you want to reach.
