1. Make the Denver scope explicit before choosing questions
The Census record describes Denver city as a municipality in Denver County. That matters because “Denver” can describe a city, while a firm’s service area may also include places outside the city or outside Denver County. Video Intake should not silently treat every visitor as a Denver matter. The intake conversation should establish whether location is relevant to a practice area, what geographic information the firm needs, and when a response requires human review.
Recommended approach
Start with a geographic decision: Denver city only, Denver County, Colorado more broadly, or another service area the firm defines. Ask Bosseo how location can appear in the visitor path and how the firm would review location-based responses. Do not use the city’s population estimate as a forecast of inquiries. Instead, compare the completed intake’s location field with the matters the firm actually accepts.
