1. Start with Centennial’s actual service boundary
Your firm may serve Centennial, nearby communities or clients elsewhere in Colorado. The Census record identifies Centennial as a municipality in Arapahoe County; it does not establish where callers originate or which matters your firm accepts. That distinction matters when you configure the system. A caller asking about a Centennial matter may still need a conflict check, jurisdiction review or attorney callback before anyone discusses next steps. Do not use the city’s population as a proxy for call volume or prospective-client demand.
Recommended approach
Define the geographic questions your intake team already asks. Decide whether the AI should capture the caller’s location, the incident location, the court or jurisdiction involved, and the preferred callback number. Have counsel approve the questions and the point at which a call becomes an attorney review rather than routine intake.
